AI concierge, voice and photos

LEVEL uses AI-powered tools to help understand requests, ask relevant questions, assist with estimates, organize booking information and support customers during the service journey.

If you use voice dictation, your audio may be transmitted to a technology provider for speech-to-text processing. The resulting transcript may then be used in the same way as a typed message.

If you upload a photo, we may process the image to understand the condition of an item, room, property or task and to help determine the appropriate service. Do not upload images containing information that is not relevant to your service request.

AI-generated responses can sometimes be incomplete or inaccurate. Important booking details, prices, availability and service scope may be confirmed before a booking is finalized.

Bookings and service professionals

To arrange and perform a requested service, we may share relevant booking information with service professionals, teams, contractors or operational partners involved in fulfilling the booking.

We aim to share only information reasonably necessary to perform, coordinate or support the service, such as the service location, requested work, booking time and contact details where required.

Service professionals may also provide LEVEL with information relating to service completion, quality issues, access problems, damage reports, rescheduling or other operational matters connected to a booking.

Payments

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Where a payment provider handles card details directly, LEVEL does not need to receive or store your full payment card number.

We may receive payment-related information such as transaction status, amount, currency, payment reference, refunds or limited billing information needed to manage the booking.

Cookies and analytics

LEVEL may use cookies, pixels, analytics tools and similar technologies to operate the website, remember preferences, understand usage and measure the effectiveness of advertising and marketing campaigns.
